Pupils from Cuxhaven and Wilhelmshaven explored the North Sea as part of the WATT'n Meer project. Daniel Schneider, marine policy spokesman for the SPD parliamentary group on marine policy in the German Bundestag, was with them. For him, one thing is certain: "Our seas must be protected. In order for us to survive, we need both a healthy ocean and people who understand this."
